WELCOME TO MY WEBPAGE ON SPORTS AIRPLANE AT SUNNMORE (a region in Norway)
Flying is my big passion. I use every single moment I can to take a flight in my local area. We have amazing nature with fjords and mountains. We have the North Atlantic in the west, we have a nice coastline from north to south, and in the east, we have the glaciers and another landscape. . From 2010-2020 this plane was installed with amfibie floats. After ten years as a seaplane, this aircraft was converted into a taildragger with TK1 racing shockmonster gear and 22" bush wheels.
MY AIRCRAFT
KITFOX IV
I bought my kitfox from Florida in 2010 - with help from Jorn Inge Haavik in the company Aero-Tec AS. This aircraft is built on a traditional steel frame. And it is a strong construction with high wings. It was a perfect aircraft as a seaplane.
HANGAR
The kitfox was in 2020 converted into a taildragger and is now stationed at a local bush field. This local airfield at my farm is about 460 feet long and are
surrounded by the mountain in the Sunnmors Alps - which rise up to 5000 feet from sea level.
